Who we are
BookkeepMate ("we") runs this website and the BookkeepMate demo. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Demo access requests: your first name, practice name and work email.
- Demo sign-in: your email address and sign-in times, handled by Cloudflare Access to send your one-time code.
- In the demo: the name and practice you choose are saved in your own browser only. The demo uses invented sample clients, so please don't upload real client data to it.
- Basic site analytics: anonymous, cookie-free page counts from Cloudflare.
Why we use it
To approve and set up your demo access, to contact you about the demo and BookkeepMate's launch, and to keep the service secure. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service for us: Cloudflare (website hosting and sign-in) and our form and email providers. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Demo access details are deleted 12 months after your last sign-in, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
